Our methodology

We don’t come to change your life. We come so you can choose it.

An experiential methodology that integrates conversation, observation, experience and choice to make visible where you’re creating your life from.

It all starts with a question

Where are you living your life from?

Not only what you do. Not only what you want. Not only the results you have.

Where are you creating them from?

Two people, the same circumstance
{{ m.a }} {{ m.b }}

Elemental begins by exploring something we don’t usually observe: the place we observe from.

What we interpret as “reality” often also contains our experiences, conclusions, beliefs and learned ways of relating to life. And if we never observe them, they can keep taking part in our decisions without us even noticing.

Be · Do · Have

We don’t only work with what you do. We work with who you’re being while you do it.

The usual question

“What do I have to do?”

{{ t.t }}
The question before that

Who are you being in front of what you want to create?

Because from who you’re being, certain conversations, decisions and actions appear. And those actions take part in the results you end up producing.

{{ fl.nombre }} {{ fl.txt }}

Not as a magic formula. As a different way of observing how you’re participating in creating your life.

Reality and interpretation

What happened is one thing. What it means to you is another.

Something happens. And almost immediately an interpretation appears.

Over time we can stop distinguishing between what happened and what we concluded about what happened. Elemental creates experiences to observe that difference — not to tell you your interpretation is “wrong”, but to give you back the possibility of questioning it.

When an interpretation stops being the only available truth, a new possibility can appear.

Why quantum transformation?

We use the idea of the observer as a distinction, not as a promise.

The question we explore is: what changes when the way you observe a situation changes?

We don’t use it as The promise that thinking something will make it magically happen.
We use it as An invitation to question what we’ve assumed is fixed, observe how we participate in our experience and open ourselves to possibilities that weren’t available before.
“How do I fix this?” “Where am I observing this from?” “What else could be possible?”
Existential philosophy and responsibility

You don’t just exist. You’re choosing who to be in front of your existence.

There are questions no strategy can answer for you. Elemental takes philosophical conversations about being, choice and meaning, and brings them out of theory: into your life.

Responsibility isn’t blame

Taking ownership doesn’t mean saying everything that happened was your fault.

What is available
{{ ac.t }}

Some things happen outside our choice: circumstances we don’t control, other people’s decisions, losses, changes. The conversation about responsibility in Elemental isn’t about denying that. It’s about asking yourself:

Given what exists, who do I choose to be now?

Responsibility not as a burden. Responsibility as access to choice.

How Elemental is lived

You can’t observe all this just by taking notes.

You can understand you have patterns. Know you should communicate better. Read about responsibility. Hear for years that “anything is possible”. And keep living exactly the same.

The journey

See. Transform. Lead.

The methodology deepens through a journey of three trainings. It isn’t about accumulating information: it’s about expanding what becomes available to you and to others.

What makes Elemental different

Our methodology doesn’t hand you a life. It gives you back the question.

{{ ns.no }} {{ ns.si }}

We don’t have a universal answer to those questions. That’s precisely the point.

Elemental doesn’t exist to hand you our definition of an extraordinary life. It exists so you can choose yours.

Our roots

A conversation with more than 50 years of history.

Elemental’s methodology is rooted in the experiential human-transformation work developed by Dr. John Hanley, PhD, a pioneer in the field of experiential human-development trainings.

Group of participants with their fists raised

For more than five decades, this work has explored fundamental questions about human potential, responsibility, choice, possibility, relationships and the way people create results in their lives.

Globally, more than 10 million people have taken part in processes structured on this tradition of experiential training.

Not as definitive answers about how a life should be lived. As spaces for each person to examine how they’re living theirs.

A person can spend years trying to change their life.

Without asking where they’re creating it from.

The close

We don’t come to change your life. Because that decision doesn’t belong to us.

We don’t know what you should do with your relationship, what business you should create, what your next dream should be or what an extraordinary life is for you. And we don’t need to know.

Our work is to create a space where you can observe, question, experience, discover and choose.

How do you choose to live?

The path begins with The Awakening

Three in-person days where this conversation stops being an idea.

Because in the end, the question was never how Elemental wants you to live.
